Amazing Birthday Celebration Blowout.

Yep, Authopublisher is a full one year old today. I still remember posting my first post and approach this vast space called the blogosphere with wide eyes and a timid demeanor. I remember trying to get Morris Rosenthals’ attention and being rapped over my fingers once or twice because someone was unhappy with their interview or I’ve used a dictionary word they may be making money off of.
However it may be, at this point for someone who’s is into online business, the fact that this blog is now valued at $28.4 k, it’s very tempting to sell. But having had three very successful youth ministries before, I gave one of them over into someones hands I personally trained and I trusted. Unfortunately, the dynamic person that I handed over the ministry to (I sacrificed my first year of marriage for this Church – we both did) destroyed the ministry in a couple months.
Even if selling this blog is tempting (any savvy internet marketer would), I value the impact this blog is having, helping people become better, and having such a great team of contributors that’s happy with me promoting them and helping me build a successful blog and platform of interaction for self publishers.

I want to personally thank you, our valued reader, for showing up here, caring enough to share our work with your friends, and of course every contributor that provides this blog with excellent, cutting edge material on a weekly basis.

What we are still planning.
This year is going to be a BIG year for development here at Authopublisher. Let me run through some of my own plans.
- We will launch an Authopublisher ‘Annual’ edition magazine before the year is out.
- We will launch a job board where people in publishing will be able to find jobs.
- We will launch a social blogging platform for Authopublisher likened to Blogengage that will have strict entry to it. First, invites by members and then a rigorous admission process to evaluate quality of blog and authors.
- Our forum will shine and work properly.
- We will have a publishing platform.
It’s my birthday and YOU get the presents.
