The account you mentioned is suspended and I don’t find it in the search results as well. I agree with your point that you can rank for some keywords using these methods and I have seeing some results like that, but domain authority alone wont help rank for competitive keywords.

I think this tactic depends on the keyword your are searching for, if its a competitive keyword I don’t think this tactic will work

I don’t think it matters if that keyword is competitive, if that’s your twitter name it will rank on page one, if other don’t already have that Twitter name. See here you are using Twitter as sort of a keyword directory. Twitter being ranked #9 on Alexa and bulding millions of links everyday it gives way m,ore authority to the keyword and you can rank on page one even if your keyword is make money online. But, it seems like @turbocash beat you to it. He was clever and instead of his name he called himself ‘make money online’ Like I would say My name is ‘IVin Viljoen’. So, if it can work for him, it could work for you
